1. Any regular stock item may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

2. The cost of returning these items is paid for by the customer and not Kayfoam Ltd.

3. You will be responsible for ensuring any returned goods are adequately packed to protect them from damage during transportation.  We suggest you keep the original packaging.

4. Items must be returned in new condition; otherwise they will not quality for a refund.

5. If a regular stock item is returned for any reason other than arriving damaged, it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

6. Any items where the product is made or cut specifically for a customer cannot be returned for a refund.

8. We will endeavour to process any refund quickly, please allow up to 20 days from goods arriving back at our factory.

9. All retuned goods must be individually marked with your name, postcode and invoice number and address to: -
